Sara Ali Khan underwent an incredible transformation from weighing 96 kgs to 46 kgs Sara Ali Khan’s transformation hasn’t been a cinch, from a cute chubby kid at Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s wedding to a sizzling hot Bollywood star. In recent interviews and at Koffee with Karan Season 6, Sara ali khan spoke about how she shifted from pizza to salad and from lethargy to cardio. When asked Sara, about how she started-off her journey she answered, “I simply started everyday gyming and running on Hindi Bollywood music on treadmill and eat right, is how I kickstarted my fitness journey”.
